Certified top level personal fitness trainer - International Sport Sciences Association Europe, with extensive experience in personal fitness training, holistic wellness coaching, massage therapy and teaching and practicing ohashiatsu®.

Massimo's search for a holistic way to interpret the body resulted in more than twenty five years of international work experience in bodywork, including personal fitness training, posture and structure alignment evaluation, wellness coaching, as well as massage therapy, reflexology and ohashiatsu.

His studies of Chinese Medicine, Ohashiatsu®, Tai Chi, Ashtanga Yoga, Massage Therapy, Ayurveda and more, have resulted in a deeper understanding of the body as a whole, a unique entity.

This approach, combined with postural evaluation, specific stretching, mobility and strength training, as well as functional and breathing exercises makes your training session a truly holistic experience.

He is the founder and director of Ohashiatsu® in British Columbia. He has been teaching the ohashiatsu curriculum in Italy, Austria, New York, Eastern Europe, Brazil and Vancouver.

He is a Registered Shiatsu Therapist and member of the Shiatsu Therapy Association of British Columbia. He is also a member in good standing of the International Sport Sciences Association Europe since 1999 and in training to obtain the Master in Fitness Sciences from the same association.

Charlotte Kapitza
I’ve always believed that exercise can be fun and rewarding, where hard work and effort can lead to real enjoyment and a permanent positive change in lifestyle. I have a realistic and down-to-earth approach to exercise; it can fit into anyone’s routine. It doesn’t need to be flashy or fancy, it just has to work for that individual. My mission is to have every client love the gym and look forward their workouts!

I use the fundamentals of resistance and strength training to help clients reach their goals, while consistently improving themselves over the long term. My workouts are simple, achievable and understandable. They are effective with functionality aspects to improve everyday life. I strive to empower my clients to understand the full potential of their minds and bodies.

Danielle Marks
Danielle completed her first half ironman at the young age of 18. Soon after she realized that her passions lie within the fitness industry and therefore started her journey to becoming a personal trainer. She learned more about movement mechanics: isolating, contracting and relaxing muscles to function on their own without the aid of others, moving individual joints in the full range of motion to minimize the risk of injury, reduce pain and threat levels, as well as relaxation and breathing drills have all become a large focus on creating optimal training programs for Danielle's clients who are wanting this kind of training. Danielle has also studied nutrition as she suffered the repercussions of avoiding this important aspect of training thus wreaking havoc on her mental health. She studied foods physiological effects it has on the body, how nutrition can impact quality of sleep, workout recovery, skin and bowel health, your mood... Danielle also provides helpful tips, tools, and tracking methods on how to figure out which foods you individually are reacting to - basically figuring out what works for YOU and what doesn't and how to support metabolic health. If your interests lie within cardio training, learning how to move better, reducing pain, and/or improving your metabolism, Danielle is the right trainer for you!

Luiz Balcers
Luiz Balcers is a former Track and Field athlete, 110 m/hurdles specialist, with participation in major athletics championships such as the Pan-American games in Winnipeg-99 and the IAAF World championship in Seville-99.

After his athletics career Luiz chose the path of a trainer. He holds a Bachelor degree in Physical education and started in personal training with people of all ages aiming to improve quality of life through physical activity and a healthier lifestyle.

Luiz also works with professional athletes of different sports as a “Strength and conditioning coach”, mostly with basketball players and MMA fighters.
